TYPO'S ********** ADVERTISING

We purchased a calendar last year for my daughter and for her best friend's birthday. In Jan the voucher was a Make To Do List. We went into Hyde Park store 5 time in `jan and they tod us that they never had it in stock. This is unacceptable. Plus, same story with Feb keyring. This is ********** advertising and ******* according to the consumer protection act. You cannot advertise a free gift with a product and then not have it in stick. First week march they received stock of the to do list and refused to give it to us as it was march. Bad service, unprofessional and *********.
