Typo - Woodlands - Bad Service

It's been already 1 week to resolve a problem with "their system" after redeeming 3 of my vouchers , I still don't have my things, replacement vouchers or my money back, the shop says they take 0 responsibility of it even thought the vouchers SMS says its redeemed at their shop. ...Oh and also a shop that is supposed to open 8:30 according to their information, and still close at 09:25.. used to be a good shop.. not anymore with such a Terrible service!
