Typo Vouchers constantly offline

I received a Typo voucher worth R200 in October last year. To date I have not been able to use it as the Sandton Typo voucher system is constantly offline. You cannot sell vouchers if customers are not able to redeem them. Not only is it ********* and bad practice, but it is possibly *******.
