Typo rosebank sucks

I had the worse experience at typo rosebank. I wanted to purchase a harry Potter pen, which firstly didnt look brand new and had no label ,being the last one in store, I was adamant to have it. I dont know if the gentleman who assisted me was the manager or what but he wasn't very pleasant. He initially told me to take the pen at one price and upon asking him if it's the correct price or discounted price,he increased the price and then told me that I can either buy it or leave it and then go and get it for R20 when they send it to Pretoria. I've been shopping at different typo branches for a very long time and it's the first time that I felt so low and disrespected. I wish they were as friendly as the ones in mall of the south and even eastgate
