TYPO GREENSTONE MALL worst experience with employee screaming at me

I walked into typo GREENSTONE MALL and the ladies before me were blocking the sanitizer so I was going around to sanitize YOUR WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE VICTORIA SAID I THINK IM TOO CLEAN TO SANITIZE. Had she stood by the door and sanitized the customers instead of casually chatting with her friends she would of been doing her job and following protocol. In other stores the ladies wait at the door and in a polite manner if by mistake a customer forgets then they remind us to sanitize with due diligences. Firstly she started screaming at me and I will most definately not tolerate such disrespect over the fact that she wants to throw her weight around. I will scream back because I am a paying customer at your store. If you’re polite to me I will reciprocate the gesture. Then my elderly mum walks on to see what’ this women is on about and VICTORiA then removes her masks again not following protocol and screams at my mum. I am ****ed as hell many customers left because of her attitude and I feel your reputation will be tarnished as a good household name with a worker like that in place.I would like a personal apology from this lady because her colleagues that were there had to calm her temper tantrum down and apologize to me on her behalf.She needs to do that but really I’m so disgusted by the experience I wouldn’t want to shop at this typo again and i live five minutes away. The typo is Sandton and Cresta have such lovely helpful ladies. They sanitize us and ask if we need assistance and bring baskets for us. VICTORIA ALSO WAS TERRIFYING MY TODDLER THAT WAS WITH ME. I really had the worst experience and I do request an apology from her and I hope she goes for disciplinary action as she is not suitable at all for retail. Really didn’t appreciate the comment that I think I’m to clean to sanitize implying what? Thank you
