<p>Horrible horrible service from their store in Vaal Maal. I paid R350 for a set of headphones during December 2016, last week the sound started becoming horrible to the point where I could no longer use it. I tried to return / exchange the product today when I was advised by Patric that December is a while ago. Are you kidding me???? It's been 3 months and the return policy is 30 days and therefore the product could not be exchanged. In other words they sell goods of poor quality which cost even more expensive than you would pay for proper branded products with a warranty of 6-12 months, very well knowing that the products are of poor and substandard quality because they assume that you will come back to buy a new product in a couple of months because the products are girly and pretty. That amounts to *****ing!!!! Typo used to be my favorite store. I will never set foot in any of their stores even again!</p>
