Terrible customer serivce

If I could give zero stars I would. I just went to the new santon typo today. The service was absolutely horrible. The staff wasn't very helpful at all ,unfriendly and extremely rude. I specifically went to the store to get the diary engraved. the staff wasn't interested in helping me or providing information on the engraving .I asked to get it engraved below numbers on the diary and they engraved it on the side of the diary. I specified where I wanted it engraved and they made a mistake. I'm never going to the santon branch ever again. typo is one of my favourite shops I've never experienced such bad service from them ever. If you're planning to go to typo rather go to the cresta branch their service is much more better and friendlier.
