REFUND MY MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT

On Saturday 03 March 2018 I went to TYPO store in Clearwater Mall bought an 13'' inch laptop bag as a gift with a gift bag, the same day only to find out the laptop is 18" inch size. I then asked for a refund on my debit card, which the sales assistant helped me with it. she then advised me to take the 15inch laptop bag which I did. and also realised that the laptop does not fit, which I had to refund the laptop bag at the store on Monday afternoon. TILL UP TO DATE MY MONEY HASNT BEEN REFUNDED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT
