Poor customer service and poor quality of items in store

Bought a iPhone charging dock station and other items on the 18/03/2018 and the dock long station which was not working . Returned to the store on the 21/03/2018 and was refused a refund as I did not have all my receipts . What a load of nonsense when I was told I just take another unit which I do not want and no sense of customer service from this store . The manager was on lunch as informed by the store reps but only to find out the manager is not at work today.
