Hi Typo at Eastgate is terribly unprofessional! We went looking for some gifts for Father’s Day. Firstly the music was so loud you could not hear yourself think. Secondly apparently they aren’t able to split payment in three ways because THEY are not allowed to? Never heard of this before. Often we split payment to account for gifts including Typo. It was the staff on duty (one lady) who did not know how. When asked about this she got offensive and said we have a problem with her? Will never shop there again. Rating out of 5= -5.
