Excellent Service by Claire Kennedy

I bought a set of Pull lights that were faulty at the Nicolway store. When I took he lights back on Thursday for an exchange, the Regional Manager, Claire Kennedy, was at the Nicolways store.<br> <br> The Nicolway store didn't have the color of lights I had, but she phoned the East Rand Mall store to find me a set of lights and ask them to keep it for me. When I picked the lights up on Saturday, the East Rand store told me that Claire even phoned them on Friday to double check that they were keeping the lights for me.<br> <br> Thanks, Claire, for your effort and professional treatment of your customers.
