Embarrassing product quality and terrible service from Chrissy.

2 problems with Typo! Terrible Quality of their stuff and poor service. I bought my mom in law a Christmas gift from Typo - it broke before she could use it. When I returned it on 1st of Jan, a young cashier (Chrissy, not even sure she gave me the right name) gave me such attitude. Typo, get the quality of your products right, so embarrassing! And please don’t hire people who clearly don’t want to be there. Chrissy was shocked when I asked for a thank you after the transaction, she actually asked ‘I must thank YOU?.
