Double charged and ********* behavior.

I was double charged knowingly at the store, weeeeeks ago. They said they would hash it out and be in touch. Ive been calling them once every week or so to try get some feedback but instead I've got we will get back to you. Its annoying and *********.

I'm not that bothered about the poor service or rude interactions with their staff, I just want my money back or to go get more stuff from the store to the same value.

I write this review because your customer care service number on your slips does not exist. I have no one to contact but your store manager who isn't the friendliest person to interact with.
