DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM TYPO!

I ordered over R800 of Stationary online when they had the 30% sale. I had a order number but was later informed that something went wrong on their side with the processing. This was after 3 or 4 days and it being impossible to get hold of anyone. They then told me to order again, and gave me a free delivery code, not sure why because my order was over R500 so my order was going to be free delivery anyways. I then ordered again this time only the tape dispenser, when it arrived it was the wrong one, not what I ordered. Now I've been struggling to get hold of someone again. This time I was told the Customer Service manager was going to contact me. I'm still waiting! Oh and did I mention that Dawn wing also tried to deliver at night when I gave them a business address so that also took about 5days going back and forth
