Bad service

Very disappointed in the service I received at Typo today. I actually love the shop, but they really let me down today. Arrogant manager on duty! We wanted to make a purchase with a card and the manager advised that the machine does not work. We then asked if they could keep the goods till Monday and we will collect. His response was \sorry we only keep goods for 24 hours". We advised that we do not live close to the shopping centre - after which he arrogantly enquired where we live. Seriously! We wanted to make a purchase"
