I have install a Typhoon gas geyers at my premises two months before garentee expires No it giveing problems

I have install a Typhoon gas geyers at my premises two months before garentee expires No it giveing problems . Supplier dont want to repair on site wants to take out the unit to repair on there site they cant give me replacement unit until mine is repaired bad after service
