NO JOBS NO REFUNDS

As a seasoned transcriber, I did the course in the hopes of having another source of income, seeing as they claim to provide online transcription jobs for South Africans. It took me a few minutes to complete the course and receive my certificate and online login.

I immediately saw that their "jobs board" was just a list of well-known international transcription companies that I would have to apply to for work! I belong to half of them already and most of them are not currently enrolling new people. There are NO jobs through Typewhizz itself, nor do they have any affiliation with the companies on their "jobs board." Their advertising is misleading. You are simply paying for a course that comes with a certificate that will get you nowhere.

ON THE SAME DAY I TOOK THE TEST, I requested a refund, clearly stating my reasons why, under the email title "An unfortunate waste of money." As is the case with so many others, I was denied a refund.

Avoid them at all costs because you are not going to get any jobs through them. An absolute waste of money.
