Employment/Recruitment ********
Good Day everybody Wed 10July 2019, i received an "employment offer" from a recruitment agency named "Legacy Personnel". When i searched for the recruitment agency is shows that it does not exist. 1. I do not recall applying for the "Administratio Assistant" vacancy through this recruitment agency. 2. I also do not recall being short-listed nor interviewed by an recruitment agency. 3.The e-mail from Legacy Personnel states that the "successful applicant" is forced to pay R180 for Type Master SA to *** & *** to finalize the job offer of a salary package of R15500. 4. This is not the first recruitment agency or company that has sent false "employment offers".I would like to know whether Type Master SA has an agreement with Legacy Personnel and if this "employment offer" e-mail is truth or it is a ****? 3. I would plea to Hello Peter intervene and terminate the *******'s interaction with us vunerable applicants seeking for employment. I believe the youth of SA and unemployed graduates in SA are job seeking and ******** abuse the vulnerability of these job seekers. I plea that this matter is attended to before it reaches a victim who unfortunately opts to pay the ******* and never receives the "employment offer" spoken about by Legacy Personnel. The following is the detailed e-mail from Legacy Personnel:*** Good day,
This email is to inform you that we have been busy with your Administration Assistant Vacancy Application Process and we're glad to inform you that we have now reached the final stages.
Your application process has now been finalized, everything is in order and you have been accepted by the employers to work under our recruitment program at a monthly salary of R15500 on a contract to permanent basis.
The next step now is to setup your appointment letter that will be followed by contract signing.
Appointment letter will include the exact starting date and any other necessary information regarding your new post prior final job offer.
Please note that the appointment letter is to be prepared / drafted by Type Masters SA at service fee of R180 and according to our company policies, this fee has to be covered by you (The Applicant) and this fee cannot be deducted from any of your salaries.
So this email is to inform you that you should send an email to: *** or *** requesting their banking details and reference so that you can make the payment as soon as possible.
Once they confirm with us that they have received your payment, we will then forward your details for them to prepare your appointment letter.
If you can't afford the above mentioned fee, we will have to re-consider your application.
Thank you and looking to having you as an employee.
Kind Regards
Michelle Jonas Clerical / Administrative Department Via National Recruitment Program
