Worst service from Tyne Luxury Apartments Umhlanga!!!!!

Booked on bookings.com and confirmation was received and even sent comms to the property regarding my arrival time which they responded to. Upon arrival, the receptionist couldnt find my booking and connected me with a lady called Roxanne who told me that she cannot assist as my room had been allocated to someone else. Definitely the worst service ive received in quite some time and I will forever persuade people never to use this place cos of this experience. If there was a zero rating, these people deserve it. Anywhere where i can discredit them even on my social media profiles, i will do it. This is not how businesses are run.
