INVERTER INSTALLER IS GHOSTING US.

We had an inverter and CFE battery installed by FRANCOIS STEENKAMP. January 2023.

All was well, he always responded and was friendly. And from our side too, we were courteous. No problems at all.

However, as time went on and when we needed to contact him, as battery has shown the fault light a few times, VERY...VERY little communication back, was received, IF ANY AT ALL.

23 July 2023 (after already asking him MULTIPLE TIMES for our COC,) he said that we will get it, as he is currently busy with his admin. We have still not received our COC, and it is the 18th of October today. (after 23 July I have still been messaging him about the COC) ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FROM HIM AT ALL.

for that reason I will not recommend him to anyone.

You are the installer. You're supposed to be the expert in this field. And when something happens OR your customer (who does not have expertise in this field) messages you, YOU SHOULD RESPOND!

TRUST IS BROKEN. COMPLETELY.

Do not make use of Francois Steenkamp.

(His quotes fall under Tyme Solar, but at the bottom of his emails it shows Fravon Contractor. So not sure if he started his own thing or what)
