TYLON MANUFACTURER

In October 2018 I bought 120 x 20kg bags of Tylon Ceramic tile glue from Build It Krugersdorp. I used Ceramic tiles from CTM and a year later tiles are lifting. Tylon came out and in their report said it's the tiles that are too hard and should not have used a Ceramic glue, and I should have used an extra additive with their glue. But nowhere on their packaging do they state that their glue is not strong enough & I have to add bonding liquid to make their glue stronger. Once again I'm in the middle of 2 big corporate companies that just shrug their shoulders.
