**** on alibaba

Ordered a tool. waited from 01/09/2021. Still waiting! Now customs saying that my shippment is to be destryed because the paperwork for the shipping is not right. Ask for a refund and they say you order we send. Customs problem not their problem and in the meantime i am out of R2194.79.
