Repair DISPAIR @ Tygervalley Multifranchise Stikland

Customer service is very low on the list of priorities of Tygervalley Multifranchise in Stikland.

I regret that my Tata Bolt was towed there. It arrived by them on 31 Oct'17 , 3 weeks later it is still there and no progress has been made with the repairing the vehicle. The manager Imraan is little concerned with this unacceptable delay, or the extreme inconvenience caused by us not having transport.

It appears that there are no qualified motor mechanics at the site but rather spare part changers, as no clear diagnosis of the actual fault can be provided. At this rate I will be lucky if my car gets fixed by Xmas'17.
