Refusal to accept responsibility and refund promptly

Hello Peter, I purchased both main and big end bearing for my 2011 KIA Cerato 2.0 sedan in 2016; but realised 5 days later when the mechanic informed me that the vehicle will need bigger bearings then I took them back to the then Parts Manager: Mr. Du Preez who instructed the sales consultant Francisco to arrange that I be credited with the money for which I purchased the items. This gentleman kept on promising and promising when I called and at times they could not be accessed; until I visited the dealer again to find Mr. Du Preez with the bearing boxes in his drawer telling them that they cannot find a buyer.

I then indicated that I want my money, because I am not responsible for the fact that they cannot find a buyer. The next time I visited at the end of 2016, I found a new manager Carin Visser who tells me that she does not know what to do with a 2016 issue and also speaks about finding a buyer. I am tired of these people's tricks, because they are enjoying interests of my money and next year they will tell me that it is three years later. They have also incorrectly supp**** me with a truck filter instead of my car 's filter, as a result I had to buy a R55 filter, engine flush for R79.99 and oil for R379.99 ; the latter exclude the trips I have made to their dealership spending about R 500's fuel. They do not want to take responsibility for all this inconvenience. They want to send me forms which I must complete, take to the bank and bring them a copy for me to get R250 for my filter only. I cannot understand why I must be inconvenienced like this. I need your help to ensure that these people refund me in full. Their contact details are as follow: Carin Visser e-mail: ********** and telephone number: ********** or ********** (direct)
