Pregnant women struggling with a broken door because of poor parts on my car

I have my tata indica 1.4 for 1year and few months my cars door ***** broke by itself I have been trying to get the door fixed for more than a week, my car was at the service center for service at this stage I was promised the door will be fixed upon with the service I had to go to the hospital because I am 7months pregnant and asked my father to collect the car he was told the door cannot be fixed because they waiting for approval I spoke to the agent Serena who told me they waiting for the part and that she will try and get me a loan vehicle because of my pregnancy status Today I spoke to her again and she said she is trying to source me a loan vehicle because her manager doesn't want to approve the loan car. I am pregnant and I am putting my baby at risk by lifting this door every time I have to get out of the car
