Horrible service

Hi, we've had nothing but no service from them. We took our TATA BOLT 2016 MODEL in on Thursday due to the fact that it was making a sound. First we were told that it's the exhaust manifold gasket, after a long wait they come back to say the manifold itself has cracked. So they get TATA to approve the warranty claim as there is warranty for 5 years. They order the part on Thursday the 25th 2018. After I had to make so many call to them I had to find out that the part got sold in Johannesburg, and that we would have to wait a minimum of 21 days for the part to arrive. Angry by now, cause 1 they didn't offer a courtesy car, 2 we had to book off work for 4 days as we were promised that we would have our car within 3/4 working days. Today is the 1 November and still nothing. I will make sure to put them in news paper for the service we've been getting.
