Bad bad Service! No Feedback and absolute no customar service

Send vehicle in for service, front and rear brakes. No stock of brakes! Order in... 2 weeks later me constantly following up. Service advisor doesnt seem to fased! Call them im coming to collect just send Invoice for service. Get an email 2 hours later... arrive pay on site... wait another half an hour + for vehicle!
