Tygervalley Management Condoning and colluding with ****** towards customers at mall

Three days ago, I had a horrific experience at Tygervalley Mall. A woman felt entitled to my parking bay and became enraged when I parked there. She hooted at me, then got out of her car and started banging at my windows with my two year old in the back seat. Screaming at me that I should "Get out of the parking bay for a white woman". She also went on to say "The problem with you people is that you have no culture. You people are disgusting and you need to get a real culture". I reported this incident to security and filled out a form at the information centre. The ladies at information were great, they were supportive and horrified as I was. As I described the lady, they stated that they knew exactly who I was talking about and she was involved in other incidents at the mall. Later on in the day I got a call from the marketing manager (Laretha Blom). It was evident that she knew very little about what had actually happened. Her only response was that Tygervalley Centre could do nothing about this "known offender" in the mall and it was a civil matter and I should take it up if I chose to. She didn't offer me an apology or even seem concerned by the incident. After I insisted she agreed to alert security and give this woman a warning the next time she comes to the mall. Laretha appeared disinterested and was abrupt during the phone call so I didn't trust that she would really follow up on this. The next morning I decided to call the mall manager Tanya Heimann hoping for a different experience and response from Tygervalley Management. It is now almost two days later and after leaving several messages for Tanya she refuses to return my call. Not sure is Tanya does not to respond to customer concerns in general or does not want to respond to this issue. It's simple, if you don't respond to or address ****** and ****** behaviours then you are condoning and colluding with it. Why is Tygervalley management colluding with a known offender who racially assaults other customers at Tygervalley Centre?
