Disgusting management and bug infestation at tygervalley sterkenikor.

My partner and I had a terrible and least to say distatestful experience at tygervalley sterkenikor movie cinema on the 6/06/18 Wednesday evening, where we decided to watch the new Deadpool 2 movie. After a few moments of being in our seats we felt things biting us but took no note of it untill it became a constant battle of who knows what species infested the seats of cinema 10. In utter disgust and complete frustration we couldn't sit in those seats any longer and took it up with the manager on duty, after explaining the situation and how unsanitary and unhygienic it was, he's response was, '' well why didn't you move a seat down". His response was absolutely unacceptable and needless to say disgusting. We then told him how disgusted we were with his response and told him that we now have to go buy delicing products because gosh only knows what infestations they have accumulating in those seats and he just laughed. I then told him that it was no laughing matter and that we want a full refund as we spend so much money, considered **************** on watching movies and buying their products. I strongly recommend that no one watches movies there as you do not want to know the frustration and disgust that comes from being in that place and the unsanitary mannor in which they supposedly ''clean" their movie house. We threw our popcorn away too at the uncer*****y of "mites" and bugs being in there.
