What a terrible expirience.

<p>I recently sent my car in for service at this service centre. Soon after my car gave me some problems and I contacted them, they asked me to send in the car which I did. They diagnosed the problem and I was told this was a days job and I could get my car later that day. The problem was something they claim they fixed while doing the service. After they told me it would take a day, I waited for a week to get my car back. What an inconvinience. I had to make so many calls trying to find out what was the problem and when I am getting my car back but I wasnt answered. To me they just didnt care. The customer service I got with these people was terrible. They were just concerned as to who was going to pay for the fault knowing exactly that it was them as they did a terrible job the first time.</p>
