Ordered a part a part and had to wait 9 days.
My 2017 model Tata Indica broke down on23/9. Roadside assistance towed to the Tygerberg Multifranshise service centre in Stikland. First the Stikland workshop said it was the cambelt that broke. Then they said it was a leak from the water bottle that caused the cambelt to slip off. On Thursday, 28 September they said it was a faulty water pump and it has to be ordered from JHB. I have been without a car since 23 September. For three days I had to rent an Avis car to get to work and back. I find the customer service and the sloe service unacceptable. On 2/10, after numerous emails back and forth between Tata SA, the service centre and I, the workshop manager, Imraan Osman, told me the part had arrived and the car will probably ready tomorrow morning. I went to the service station and waited at reception until they fixed my car.
