Unfair treatment

We were in the hospital(Tygerberg hospital) on Monday 2019-02-11 between 19:00 and 20:00 to visit our beloved dad who has just been operated in ward D2 room 7 and we asked nicely for the change of his sheet since it was wet since the drip had drops the guy told us that as soon as they are done with what they were busy with they will assist him.....the following day he was discharged and told to go home and receive care from his family and as soon as we left the drip was removed since they(nurses) claimed we were rude
