Tygerburg hospital neglegence

In November 2021 my boyfriend was admitted to tygerberg hospital with a leg injury. A week later his leg was amputated. 3days later he was sent home with medication that was weaker than your average paracetamol..before being discharged he was informed that he had to go for physio and councelling. He was given a clinic card for this but the card had no date, time or place specified. He has yet to see a the****** which has resulted in him having suicidal tendencies on a regular basis.. The medical doctor who performed his surgery assured him that a prosthetic limb will be available for him as soon as his physio has been completed. He was given sassa documents for him to receive dissability. According to the sassa branch in Bellville we were turned away because the documentations that tygerburg hospital released him with was incorrect so he has to return to the hospital to get the documemtions correct..I emailed the communications officer of tygerberg hospital litetia pienaar on Saturday and this morning wen I checked if she had rep**** to my dismay my email had been blocked. all of these issue I classify has major negligence on tygerberg hospital's behalf. I don't know what to do anymore. Should I wait till he finally does kill himself because of other people's neglegence. I am so angry..
