Terrible hospital and service

My sister and I arrived at the hospital 6am. My sister is sent from one doctor to the next and the waiting time by each doctor is ridiculous. She is not being helped properly. No one is assisting us properly. At times my sisters folder was lost. The service shown not just by your nurses and security is disgusting but the fact that your doctors don't show urgency for seeing to patients. I watched them sit on their phone. I will never visit this hospital again
