Starving in hospital

I am admitted to the hospital for 3 days now. Ward D3. The dokters are wonderful and I wil recommend aney one to them. The problem is the nursing staff. I am here in extrime payn and they just donot care if you ask or beg for something to help eas the payn. Then I am on a Fluid Diet so once I had mash, pumpkin and fish cakes. When I want to leef the ward to go and bay something to eat and take a brake from the bed they lock the gate and tel me I am not allowed to leef the ward. Whyle I am writing this they came and gave me mieliepap to eat
