Shocking Tygerberg hospital

I have a sister in-law with severe diabetes admitted at Tygerberg Hospital. The nursing is terrible. On the first visit we found two bad bed sores which they were not aware of. They have nothing to treat the bedsores as the doctor first need to diagnose it, which would take another day. Second visit she was sitting in a urine soaked bed with still nothing covering her bed sores. Nurses are too busy talking and just sitting around. No interest in the patients. Everything is done in slow motion. Got the feeling that they keep nothing in stock of anything as the theft is out of control. Dirty floors with no brooms to clean up. No pillows for patients. Absolutely disgusting experience. Just pray you do not end up there!
