My wife and baby could of died during labor

My wife was pregnant, she was on a phone call with me telling me that she needs to push the baby out, doctors and nurses wouldn't help, she was in a very painful state but everyone ignored her. She told the one nurse that she needs to push and the nurse rep**** "then you must push" and left her unattended which I witnessed on a whatsapp video call . I told my cousin to phone the maternity ward while I told the security guard to check on her as I was not allowed in due to covid protocols . The nurse which my cousin has contacted arrived in the room all that the nurses done was cut the cord and take out the placenta but my wife it was her very first baby has gave birth literally all by herself and Thank God that they are healthy it's only through him that I get see my baby and my wife ☝️🙏
