Mistreatment of children at Tygerberg Hospital

Sunday 06 September 2020, I transported three children to Tygerberg Hospital Trauma Unit and was very disgusted and angry on how myself, three children in pain, with their mommies have been treated. All three children were bitten by a pittbullterrier. I was carrying the one child that was the most severe. Blood is visible all over her clothes, and still the security is more concerned as to where I was parked. Screaming at them they finally let us pass. Oh my word, inside at the trauma unit desk I was told to go back to the front desk to open a folder. The child is bleeding and in pain, crying like crazy bcoz of the pain. They wanted paperwork. Nobody is stabilizing the poor child. Nobody is taking care of the pain of the three children. I had to calm myself before losing my patience. It is utter nonsense that nobody came to stabilize the child. After 3 hours she was still waited to be treated.
