INR improvement and no caring attitude

very professional when it is coming to their operation but if I care they don't actually are helpful in any other direction they give you all the medicines what you need here but end of the day they don't help you to actually establish that ground works when it is at carrying factor of all this so basically it he gives me one choice I have to make a choice because they don't take the responsibility for the my life has to do it on my own and they actually decided to actually work against me not helping me in the process but I couso I actually wish I could actually be professional on that level but they don't help either so no I'm not going to they refuse to let me go also .I have to pay everything including my health improvement on my own and hospital admission and STAY(PAY) they refuse to let me go because of my INR level
