Incompetence!

I had given birth at this hospital and due to the negligence, there were certain things that were not attended to and now my baby has to undergo surgery. I had been there since beginning of November 2020, only to be booked a wrong date. I had been there at 5:30 am and given the run around. My baby needs this procedure done!
