Hospital staff almost killed my hospital

My husband was admitted yesterday and we explicitly told the dr and the male nurse taking his information down he is allergic to all kinds of fish. They wrote it in his file but when he was given his dinner he received a fish cake. When he inform them he is allergic to the fish they took it away and did not even give him a substitute. He did not eat anything last night and he is a diabetic that need to take his tablets every evening. The staff is unwelcoming at the hospital. My husband is in the East Wing at ward A3 and that staff does not deserve to be there as they are not doing a service to the public but to them.
