Horrible service!!!

I am a financial advisor, I have client who took out cover. We have been waiting for 4 week for Tygerberg to give us a basic copy of a existing report. This is unacceptable!!! Is Tygerberg going to take responsibility if something happens to the client just because their structures are pathetic and slow? I went there to see why it is taking so long, not to my surprise nobody was working they where all just standing around talking!! Every time we call or send an email, all they say is documents not ready, they do not even try to be of assistance!!! Thank you Shirley, you and your team are a perfect example of how backwards this countries public sector is going!!!!
