FANTASTIC MEDICAL SERVICE & PATIENT CARE

I just want to compliment Tygerberg Hospital on their outstanding service.<br> <br> My medical aid did not cover my neck operation, that is why I had the procedure done at Tygerberg and this was the first time that I had ever been inside a public hospital. I was extremely skeptical and scared - not knowing what to expect and being bombarded with horror-stories from public hospital experiences. But the nursing staff at the Neuro-surgical ward, were fantastic! They were super friendly, caring and excellent at their job. The medical treatment was outstanding as well. <br> I even had my own, private room. I have never even had a private ward in a private hospital!<br> <br> Hats off to the nursing staff at the Neuro-surgical ward. Thank you for proving to me that not ALL public hospitals in this country are in a terrible state. Thank you for proving to me that not ALL the medical staff at public hospitals are horrible and uncaring. Thank you for a successful operation and wonderful service that I will never forget!!!
