discharged my new without proper immunisation shots

Good day all

My fiancee gave birth on the 15TH May 2020 to twins boy and girl twin A and B very much concern about the way things played out at the maternity ward My concern is My boy has not had the important immunisation shots from Tygerberg namely BCG we were given the all clear and transferred to kangaroo unit in Eerste river, when we enquired about it at our local clinics it was said they were suppose to administer it when the child was born, when I enquired about this by calling back Tygerberg they said they don’t have of itcale anymore, my question why was my daughter given this but not my son? When I called nobody could give a answer it was just said very rudely they don’t have it and they will call when they have instock,tygerberg is now a becoming a problem as the covid 19 situation is ,what happens if my son fall ill from not having the shot that was suppose to given at birth?who is going to take responsibility for this neglect at the hospital, I'm upset and disappointed as nobody wants to take responsibility or is this normal for hospital practise to send newly born babies home with out the required immunisation shots can somebody please let me know is there anywhere else I can get this shot as fear for my Childs safety,
