Bad service

<p>I went to Tygerberg hospital to visit a friend who was about to give birth to stillborn. I arrived in the evening 19:00. The treatment that received from the security lady who was on second floor C2 A. she told me that her name is Asanda Qalingana. The manner in which she address the public is not acceptable and tone of voice that she uses is not polite at all. She is very rude and when I told her that she need to watch her tone as it is not acceptable especially for someone who is dealing with the public on daily basis. Her response was (You can teach me manners and if you have problem with that you can report me to my manager who is currently at the Main gate and his name is Titus.) I was shocked with her response as she was not apologetic at all. When I was about to exit the hospital I requested to speak to Titus stated my query and Titus didn’t seem to take the complaint serious enough as there was no apology He only advised me that the lady does not report to her.</p>
