Shocking service

Derek ‘accidentally’ threw out a tv we dropped off to be repaired, he has been promising to replace it since the 14th of June, yet ignores messages and calls and when he does reply says he will have one for us the following week. There is no system in place linking units to their owners, just a mess of a store and owner!
