Worst experience at tah bellville with Dr Aletta Mulder

Tah Bellville was the worst experience with our beloved little pekingese! After phoning several times and speaking to a rude reseptionist, I could make an appointment for him to see a intern specialist Dr Aletta Mulder, because all the other specialists in Cape Town were on leave, and the vets couldn't do anything more for our little Smokey! When we got there, they didn't even know about his appointment! Smokey was in a lot of pain and dying! One of the vets looked at him and said he's very sick and that she will ask Dr Mulder to look at him as soon as she's in and tell us if they have to put him down or do tests, if it can help him! The vet put him in a oxegen tank and she said she will put him on a drip, because he was dehydrated! After waiting about 2hours Dr Mulder send someone to tell us that she's too busy and will look at him later! She first have to go through her appointment list and will let us know later what we have to do! Our vet at the Sitari branch phoned us to hear how's he doing and said it's better if we bring him back to her that she can see what she can do! He was in the oxygen tank, Without a Drip! We took Smokey to Sitari branch! Dr Lizahn made time for him, even if she was fully booked! Just seeing him, she said that there's nothing anyone could do! We said our goodbyes and the vet handled it with so much love and care! Thank you Dr Lizahn!
