Waiting for a referral letter

So last night i noticed my dog is really sick so i decided to take her in to TAH in bellville went in to see the doc he told us there is something hard in the stomach and want to keep her there and do a scan and operate which will cost around R12 000 (*** THEY WANT TO ROB ME) so i said i don't have that money and told him i will take the her to AACL and he said i must do it ASAP so she got injections for the pain and so on R1000 later.<br> Arrived at the AACL bellvile around 7 with the dog waited till they opened and they asked me for a referral letter flip i did not have 1 nor did the vet give me 1 and he knew i was taking her in to the AACL. So phoned them and asked for a letter and said it is urgent 08:15 the dog is still sick cant walk and the people are waiting for the letter so they can help me<br> <br> 08:40 phoned nothing<br> 09:17 phoned nothing at this stage i am ****ed<br> 09:38 phoned nothing what they tell me sorry where are really busy<br> 09:54 phoned again and they tell me i will mark it as urgent ***<br> 10:20 phoned again they will send it<br> 10:36 got the letter<br> <br> How LONG does it take to email it? <br> What if my dog died or had any other complications due to not getting help quicker?
