Unprofessional Terrible Service
Highly unprofessional. Made an emergency appointment for 19:30, arrived at 19:20. We were asked to remain at the car as they only admit 1 patient at a time, they then proceeded to service 2 other clients first. After waiting an 1hr20min we left and drove through to Panorama Emergency Vet.

Your case happened during COVID when we were restricted with the number of people in our building, hence us asking you to stay in your car. Unfortunately, due to the number of emergencies, we are unable to assist everybody immediately. Again, our heartfelt apologies
