No compassion for dying animal.
Absolutely no compassion was shown to our dying dog when he was taken to this hospital. Even though he was suffering, they told us that they would not assist and that they will only get to him later in the afternoon.
This experience was so shocking and completely unacceptable.
I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

The festive season is one of our busiest times of the year (especially at our 24-hour facilities) and with limited resources we can unfortunately not take in more patients than we can treat.
